新时代高校师德建设的定位标准及实现路径

加强高校师德建设是新时代党和国家发展的内在要求,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的坚实基础。新时代高校师德建设应当建立在崇高师德和底线师德协同发展的基础上,以崇高与底线结合、他律与自律结合、规范与倡导结合以及责任与需要结合作为新的定位标准,通过制度伦理路径和德性伦理路径的融合、专业发展路径和道德提升路径的融合以及监督考核路径和激励保障路径的融合形成路径体系,建设有中国特色的新时代高校师德。

The build-up of college teachers morality is the inherent requirements of the development of CPC and government in new era,as well as a solid foundation for the realization of national rejuvenation.The new era college teachers'morality should be built up on the coordinated development of the supreme level and basic level of teachers'morality,and the orientation should be combined with supreme and basic level,heteronomy and autonomy as well as discipline and proposal.With the path system which is made up of institutional ethical path and virtual ethical path,professional development path and moral elevation path,monitoring and evaluating path and encouraging and secured path,college teachers'morality with Chinese socialism in the new era will be constructed.
