闽台合作办学机制下大学生就业力研究——基于海峡学院的实证分析 被引量:1

Study on College Students’ Employability under the Cooperative School-running Mechanism between Fujian and Taiwan——An Empirical Analysis based on Straits Institute of Minjiang University

摘要 为了解决大学生就业难的问题,研究将针对如何提升大学生“就业力”的问题上进行探讨。利用M.Yorke和P.T.Knight所提出的USEM模型与Fugate,Kinicki与Ashforth提出的心理-社会的结构观点作为实证理论模型的基础。并以福建省第一所开展闽台联合培养应用型本科人才项目建设高校“海峡学院”在校学生作为问卷调查的对象。经由调查得出的数据分析结果显示,闽台合作办学机制下大学生的就业力呈现中间偏上的状态。 In order to solve the problem of college students'employment difficulties,this study will discuss how to improve the employability of college students.The USEM model proposed by M.Yorke and P.T.Knight and the structural viewpoint of psychology and society proposed by Fugate,Kinicki and Ashforth are used as the basis of the empirical theoretical model.The undergraduates of Straits Institute of Minjiang University in Fujian Province which is the first to train application-based undergraduate talents jointly between Fujian and Taiwan were selected as the object of the questionnaire survey.The results of this study show that under the cooperative school-running mechanism between Fujian and Taiwan,the employability of college students is presenting a middle-up state.
