癌症发病率在我国逐年增高,癌痛作为恶性肿瘤后期患者最常见、最痛苦的症状之一,使患者的生活质量受到严重影响。三阶梯止痛方案在一定程度上减轻了癌痛患者的痛苦,但长期服用具有成瘾性,且不良反应明显。上海长征医院魏品康教授经过多年临床经验提出"肿瘤痰证理论",确定"消痰止痛"为癌痛的主要治则,并结合"内病外治"的治疗思想,研发消痰止痛凝胶外治该病,具有明确治疗效果,值得临床进一步推广。
