摘要
目的运用数据挖掘法分析王檀教授治疗间质性肺疾病的中医用药规律,探讨相关病机并进行经验总结。方法收集2014年1月-2018年12月王檀教授治疗间质性肺疾病的方剂,进行数据挖掘,并结合王檀教授临床经验,进行间质性肺疾病的病机探讨及用药规律分析。结果共收集治疗间质性肺疾病方剂600首,涉及中药210种,用药总频次为8656次,其中补虚药使用2318次,占总用药频率的34.1%。结论总结王檀教授治疗间质性肺疾病以"肺痹"论治,临证时常见8个证候,临证用药注重标本同治,一源七岐。治疗过程中补肺虚同时兼以散外邪、通内络、泻郁火、止咳喘、畅气机、除痹阻,以达到改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量、延缓疾病进展的目的。
Objective To analyze the rule of traditional Chinese medicine used by Professor Wang Tan in the treatment of interstitial lung disease(IPD) by data mining, and to explore the related pathogenesis and summarize the experience. Methods Professor Wang Tan’s prescriptions for interstitial lung disease were collected from January 2014 to December 2018, and data mining was carried out.Based on Professor Wang Tan’s clinical experience, the pathogenesis and medication rule of interstitial lung disease were discussed.Results A total of 600 prescriptions for interstitial lung disease were collected, involving 210 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines.The total frequency of drug use was 8656, of which 2318 were used for tonifying deficiency, accounting for 34.1% of the total frequency of drug use. Conclusion The treatment of interstitial lung disease is based on "pulmonary arthralgia". There are 8 common syndromes in clinical practice. Professor Wang Tan pays attention to treating the disease with the same root cause and seven different causes. In order to improve the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life and delay the progress of the disease, the deficiency of lung is supplemented by dispersing external pathogens, dredging internal collaterals, purging stagnant fire, relieving cough and asthma, expelling qi and removing obstruction.
