胃舒灵颗粒Ⅱ治疗肝胃不和型功能性消化不良临床观察

Clinical Observation on Weishuling Granule II in Treating Functional Dyspepsia Due to Liver and Stomach Disharmony

目的探讨胃舒灵颗粒Ⅱ治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效。方法将77例FD患者随机分为治疗组(39例)和对照组(38例),分别予胃舒灵颗粒Ⅱ和枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为89.74%(35/39),对照组总有效率为71.05%(27/38),治疗组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃舒灵颗粒Ⅱ治疗FD临床疗效较好,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Weishuling G ranule II on functional dyspepsia(FD). Methods 77 FD patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=39) and control group(n=38). The patients were treated with Weishuling granule II and mosapride citrate tablets respectively. Results The total effective rate was 89.74%(35/39) in the treatment group and67.42%(27/38) in the control group. The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Weishuling granule II is effective in the treatment of functional dyspepsia, which is worthy of further application.
