针刺配合正骨手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Bone-setting Manipulation in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的观察针刺配合正骨手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法从2016年12月-2017年12月于南昌市洪都中医院接收并治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者中抽取68例为研究对象,采用信封随机法平均分为针灸组和联合治疗组,给予针刺组患者(34例)针刺治疗,给予联合治疗组患者(34例)针刺配合正骨手法治疗。分析2组患者不同治疗后疼痛改善情况以及临床总有效率的差异性。结果联合治疗组VAS疼痛评分值为(1.51±0.09)分,明显低于针刺组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合治疗组临床总有效率为91.18%,明显高于针刺组(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合正骨手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效显著,可推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with bone-setting manipulation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods From December 2016 to December 2017, 68 lumbar disc herniation cases were selected as the research objects. The method of envelope was used. They were randomly divided into acupuncture group and combination group. The acupuncture group of 34 cases was given acupuncture. The combination group of 34 cases was given acupuncture combined with bone-setting manipulation. The difference of pain improvement and clinical total effective rate between the two groups after different treatments was analyzed. Results The VAS pain score of the combination group was(1.51± 0.09), which was significantly lower than that of the acupuncture group(P<0.05). After treatment, the clinical effective rate of the combination group was 91.18%, which was significantly higher than that of the acupuncture group(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with bone-setting manipulation in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is effective and can be widely used.
