半夏泻心汤联合培菲康治疗慢性结肠炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Banxia Xiexin Decoction Combined with Bifidobacterium Triplex Capsule in the Treatment of Chronic Colitis

目的探讨半夏泻心汤加减联合培菲康治疗慢性结肠炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法在抚州市中医院2016年1月-2019年1月诊治的慢性结肠炎患者中选取60例作研究对象,均实行药物保守治疗:将单纯采取西药柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗者设为对照组(30例),将在口服半夏泻心汤加减治疗基础上加用口服培菲康调整肠道菌群平衡疗法者设为研究组(30例),就2组患者整体治疗效果、不良反应以及治疗前后炎症因子指标变化进行统计学分析。结果研究组患者的整体治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的73.33%(х2=4.706,P=0.030);治疗后,研究组白细胞介素-8指标水平低于对照组(t=11.177,P=0.000);2组患者均无明显不良反应情况。结论半夏泻心汤加减联合培菲康治疗慢性结肠炎的临床疗效显著,安全性较高,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with bifidobacterium triplex capsule in the treatment of chronic colitis. Methods 60 patients with chronic colitis treated in hospital from January 2016 to January2019 were selected as the study subjects, all of them were treated with drug conservatively. The control group( n=30) was treated with sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets alone, and the study group(n = 30) was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction and oral bifidobacterium triplex capsule to adjust intestinal flora balance therapy. Statistical analysis was made on the overall therapeutic effect, side effects and changes of inflammatory factors before and after treatment in the two groups. Results The overall effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.67% higher than that in the control group(73.33%)(х2= 4.706, P = 0.030). After treatment,the level of interleukin-8 in the study group was lower than that in the control group(t = 11.177, P = 0.000). There were no significant side effects in both groups. Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with bifidobacterium triplex capsule has significant clinical efficacy and high safety in the treatment of chronic colitis, which deserves to be used for reference.
