中西医结合治疗股骨转子间骨折临床观察

Clinical Observation on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur

目的讨论中西医结合法治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法抽选60例股骨转子间骨折的患者,分成治疗组(30例)与参照组(30例),参照组行PFNA(股骨近端防旋髓内钉)治疗,治疗组行PFNA+中药治疗,评价2组临床疗效。结果治疗组的并发症发生率较之参照组无较大差异(P>0.05);治疗组Harris评分较之参照组更优(P<0.05);治疗组疗效较之参照组更优(P<0.05);治疗组骨折愈合、消肿与初次下床所用时长较之参照组更短(P<0.05)。结论对股骨转子间骨折患者利用中西医结合的方法进行治疗,有助于髋关节功能的恢复,并发症少,促进骨折愈合,对患者的预后大有帮助,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated by integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods 60 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur were selected and divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases). The control group was treated with PFNA(proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail) and the treatment group was treated with PFNA and Chinese medicine. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in the complication rate between the treatment group and the control group( P > 0.05). The Harris score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group( P < 0.05). The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). The duration of fracture healing, swelling and first getting out of bed in the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is helpful to the recovery of hip joint function, fewer complications, promote fracture healing, and is of great help to the prognosis of patients, which is worthy of promotion.
