中医护理对老年冠心病合并高血压心功能及血压的影响

The Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on Cardiac Function and Blood Pressure in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Hypertension

目的探讨中医护理对老年冠心病合并高血压患者心功能及血压的影响。方法收集2017年10月-2018年12月萍乡市中医院住院部收治的60例老年冠心病合并高血压患者的临床资料,按照是否接受中医护理分为观察组30例和对照组30例,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在此基础上开展中医护理,比较2组患者干预前后心功能和血压指标以及中医证候积分变化情况。结果观察组患者干预后左心室射血分数(LVEF)水平高于对照组,左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后胸闷胸痛、心悸、乏力等中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理能够有效改善老年冠心病合并高血压患者症状体征、心功能和血压,值得临床推荐。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on cardiac function and blood pressure in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension. Methods The clinical data of 60 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were collected and divided into observation group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases) according to whether they received traditional Chinese medicine nursing or not. The control group received routine nursing. The observation group carried out traditional Chinese medicine nursing on this basis. The indexes of heart function and blood pressure before and after intervention and the integral changes of TCM syndromes were compared between the two groups. Change the situation. Results The level of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the levels of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD), systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) were lower than those in the control group( P < 0.05). The scores of chest tightness, chest pain,palpitation and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group( P < 0.05). Conclusion TCM nursing can effectively improve the symptoms and signs, cardiac function and blood pressure of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
