经方防治糖尿病肾病研究进展

Research Progress of Classical Prescription in Preventing and Treating Diabetic Nephropathy

糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的严重并发症之一,严重威胁糖尿病患者的生命安全,及早确诊并探寻有效的防治方法具有重要的临床意义。糖尿病肾病属于"水肿""风水""虚劳""肾风""关格""肾浊"等范畴,经方在改善糖尿病肾病的临床症状、保护肾功能和降低尿蛋白等方面具有很大优势。经方指汉代以前经典医药著作中记载的方剂,主要指张仲景《伤寒杂病论》中的方剂。甄选常用经方6首,真武汤、五苓散、小陷胸汤、小柴胡汤、当归芍药散、肾气丸,均可不同程度地减轻临床上糖尿病肾病患者水肿情况,降低血糖、血脂及尿白蛋白排泄。

Diabetic nephropathy is one of the serious complications of diabetes mellitus, which seriously threatens the life safety of diabetic patients. Diabetic nephropathy belongs to the category of "edema, geomantic omen, asthenia, kidney wind, Guange, kidney turbidity". The classical prescription has great advantages in improving the clinical symptoms of diabetic nephropathy, protecting renal function and reducing urinary protein. Classical prescription refers to the prescriptions recorded in classic medical works before Han Dynasty, mainly refers to the prescriptions in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases by Zhang Zhongjing. Six commonly used prescriptions were selected, such as Zhenwu Decoction, Wuling powder, Xiaoxianxiong decoction, Xiaochaihu decoction, Danggui Shaoyao powder, Shenqi pill, all of which could reduce the edema of patients with diabetic kidney disease, reduce blood lipid, blood sugar and urinary albumin excretion.
