浅析全面依法治国背景下新时代大学生法治思维的培养路径

Cultivating College Students’ Legal Thinking in the New Era

中国特色社会主义进入新时代,为了适应新时代的发展,全面依法治国从要求到部署同样进入了新阶段。而当代大学生是坚持全面依法治国的主力军,担负重任与使命,但是目前大学生们的法治素养现状还存在一些问题,积极探索培育当代大学生的法治思维就成为了当前教育者需要研究的主要课题。本文从三个路径方法谈对当代大学生法治思维的培养:正确理解"法"与"德"的辩证关系;强调树立法治观念;学法、尊法、用法。作为新时代青年大学生,应主动接过历史交付的接力棒,积极树立法治观念,培养法治思维,树立法治信仰,在头脑中真正认识到依法治国的必然性,用法治思维去认识问题、分析问题、解决问题,在全面依法治国的建设中筑梦远航。

College students are the main force in upholding the rule of law in an all-round way and shouldering important responsibilities and missions. However,there are still some problems in the legal literacy of college students. This paper discusses the cultivation of college students’ legal thinking from three perspectives: correctly understand the dialectical relationship between law and morality;emphasize the concept of rule by law;study law, respect law,and use law.
