高校二级教学单位党政联席会议制度实施过程研究

On the Party and Administration Joint Committee in University ’s Secondary College

在涉及高校二级教学单位改革、发展、稳定的"三重一大"事项上,党政联席会议扮演着越来越重要的角色。但近年来随着高校二级教学单位自主管理模式不断的发展,党政联席会议制度也暴露出了许多问题。高校二级教学单位应从会议时间、会议筹备、会议议事范围和会议参会成员等四个维度对党政联席会议制度实施过程进行完善,以此全面推进依法治校和助力二级教学单位事业发展。

The Party and administration joint committee plays a very important role in the reform,development and stability of university’s secondary college. However,many problems have emerged with the development of secondary college self-management. In order to push forward the management of university affairs based on law and the development of the secondary college,secondary colleges should perfect their committee system in four dimensions :the time,preparation,scope and membership of the committee.
