高校家庭经济困难学生精准认定研究

Precise Identification of University Students from Impoverished Backgrounds

综合考虑学生家庭收入、家庭有效人口、家庭高等教育阶段学费和宿费支出、城市最低生活保障等因素,提出反映学生家庭经济困难程度的家庭经济情况系数及计算公式。依据学生在校期间月生活费、家庭可提供生活费、家庭经济情况系数建立家庭经济困难学生精准认定模型,并通过研究确定家庭经济困难学生认定的判定指标和认定流程。

Taking students’ family income,family effective population,family spending on university tuition and accommodation,and the minimum living standards of citizens into consideration,the researcher worked out a coefficient of family financial situation and a calculation formula,which can indicate the degree of financial difficulties of the students ’families. An accurate identification model for students from impoverished backgrounds was thus established according to their monthly living expenses at school,the amount that the family can provide and the coefficient of family financial situation. The identification index and process to identify students from impoverished backgrounds were then confirmed in research.
