高职院校师资队伍建设二级规划的研究与实践

On the Second-Level Planning of Teaching Team Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges

在高职院校快速发展中,师资队伍建设显得尤为关键。本文重点研究了高职院校师资队伍建设规划的必要性,分析了影响师资队伍建设二级规划的因素,提出了师资队伍建设二级规划的基本方法,并以轻工工程类教师队伍建设为例进行了师资队伍建设二级规划实践,提出了对高职院校师资队伍建设工作的规划思路。

In the rapid development of higher vocational colleges,the construction of teaching team is particularly critical.This paper focuses on the necessity of teaching team construction planning in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the factors that affect the planning of construction,and,taking the construction of the teaching team of light engineering as an example,puts forward some basic ideas and methods for the secondary planning of teaching team construction.
