基于中医体质分型理论的视觉显示终端作业光环境研究

Study on VDT Lighting Environment with Theory of Constitution in Traditional Chinese Medicine

视觉显示终端(VDT)作业光环境属性复杂,影响人体视健康的因素众多,目前尚无有效方法进行精准控制和预防。本文以中医体质理论为切入点,探究人体体质与VDT作业光环境间的适应性及主观偏好相关性。通过调研,以具有典型性的平和质与阳虚质作为研究体质;实验选取平和质、阳虚质被试各16名(分别8男8女),以相同体质且相同性别者为一个实验组(共4组),探索被试组对固定光环境的适应性差异、分析各组的偏好光环境参数并比较其在偏好光环境与固定光环境下的VDT作业表现。实验发现,两组阳虚质被试组的固定光环境适应性均优于平和质被试组,而四组的偏好光环境参数具有显著性差异,与固定光环境对比,唯有平和质被试组在偏好光环境下具有更佳的作业表现提升。

The attribute of VDT lighting environment is complex that many factors could affect human’s visual health.For now there has no effective methods to control or prevent it.This article takes advantage of Chinese constitution theory,to study the connection of human constitutions and lighting environment adaptiveness.Mildly constitution and yang-insufficiency constitution were selected as the specific constitutions through survey.And then 16 persons(8 males and 8 females)of each constitution were chosen as testees,and were divided them into 4 groups by principle that testees with same constitution and same sex should be in one group,to find the different adaptiveness of those groups in changeless lighting environment.Their preferences of lighting environment were analyzed and their behaviors were compared in changeless and changeable lighting environments.The tests find out that groups of yang-insufficiency constitution have better performance in changeless lighting environment,the lighting environment preferences of 4 groups are obviously different,and groups of mildly constitution have more working improvement in preferred lighting environment than in that changeless one.
