摘要
近年来,LED照明的设计需求已经从追求更高的光学效率,进入如何实现更加精准的配光阶段,如何为用户提供更高的照明舒适性,如何实现更加逼近自然光的照明效果。本文提出了一种光学结构,实现较大的均匀发光面,同时兼具超小角度的配光,真实模拟太阳透过窗户照射进房间的照明效果。本文基于大功率LED光源,开发了一个两片式透镜组,在较远距离接收面上实现了70 mm×70 mm均匀光斑,同时,实现±5°的超小配光角度。因为设计目标是均匀方斑,所以将该光源与透镜的系统进行阵列组合,就能实现更大范围的小角度均匀发光效果。
In recent years,the design requirements for LED lighting have shifted from the pursuit of higher optical efficiency to how to achieve a more precise light distribution stage,how to provide users with higher lighting comfort,and how to approach the natural light lighting effect.This paper proposes an optical structure that achieves a large uniform illumination surface,and at the same time has a super-small angle of light distribution,which simulates the illumination effect of the sun shining through the window into the room.Based on the high-power LED light source,this paper developed a two-piece lens group to achieve a uniform spot of 70 mm×70 mm on the receiving surface at a longer distance,and realized an ultra-small light distribution angle of±5°.Because the design goal is a uniform square spot,the combination of the source and the lens system enables a wider range of small angle uniform illumination effects.
