高校新生入学教育实效性问题探究

新生入学教育作为大学生接受高等教育的第一课,教育的实效性意义重大,它关乎高校学生健康成长,关乎高校的安全稳定,关乎教育的价值和目的。而当下,入学教育存在组织上缺少系统性、内容上缺乏针对性、方式上缺乏互动性的问题。对此,提出规范制度,构建全员育人的组织体系;以生为本,创建精准化的教育内容;互动交流,搭建信息化教育平台。

As the first course for college students to receive higher education,the effectiveness of freshmen entrance education is of great significance.It concerns the healthy growth of college students,the safety and stability of colleges and universities,and the value and purpose of education.At present,there are some problems in the entrance education,such as lack of system aticnessin organization,lack of pertinence in content and lack of interaction in manner.In view of this,the paper puts forward the normative system,constructs the organizational system of all-round education,takes students as the foundation,creates precise education content,and builds an information-based education platform through interactive exchanges.
