摘要
近年来,国家将中医药事业发展置于重要战略地位,了解高等中医药院校教师职业压力、进行针对性疏导,有助于提升教师幸福感、促进中医药事业发展。本研究对396名高等中医药院校教师开展问卷调查,发现教师职业压力处于中等偏上水平,工作强度偏高;承担国家级课题的教师职业压力更高;职业压力与科研机制相关。建议高等中医药院校从调整教师工作负荷,提升教师业务能力,引导教师积极面对职业压力,优化科研机制角度缓解教师职业压力。
In recent years,China has placed the development of traditional Chinese medicine in an important strategic position.Investigating the professional pressure of teachers in higher Chinese medicine colleges and conducting targeted guidance will help to improve teachers'happiness and promote the development of Chinese medicine.In this study,396 teachers in Chinese medicine colleges were surveyed and found that the teachers'occupational pressure was medium to high level and the work intensity was high.The professional pressure of teachers who undertake national topics is higher;occupational stress is associated with scientific research mechanisms.It is suggested that higher TCM colleges should adjust teachers'workload,improve teachers'professional ability,guide teachers to face professional pressure,and optimize research mechanism to ease teachers'professional pressure.
