摘要
人才培养体系改革是高等教育改革的必要组成部分,也是大学不断追求自身发展、培养符合社会需要人才的基本诉求。随着经济体制改革的深化和国民经济的快速发展,及本科专业国家标准的颁布,企业等用人单位对市场营销人才的需求量和人才质量的要求越来越高。文章以市场营销专业为例,为实现国家本科专业标准所确定的人才培养目标,研究构建市场营销专业“三型人才”培养新体系。
The reform of personnel training system is a necessary part of the reform of higher education,and it is also the basic pursuit of universities to constantly pursue their own development and cultivate talents in line with social needs.With the deepening of the economic system reform and the rapid development of the national economy,and the promulgation of national standards for undergraduate majors,enterprises and other employing units have increasingly higher requirements on the demand and quality of marketing talents.Taking the marketing major as an example,this paper studies and constructs a new training system of"three types of talents"for the marketing major in order to achieve the talent training objectives set by the national undergraduate professional standards.
