摘要
介绍了压痕法残余应力测试的基本原理,依据国家标准GB/T24179-2009《金属材料残余应力测定压痕应变法》,提出了测试系统的整体设计方案。测试系统包括无线应变数据采集系统、无线数据接收系统和计算机软件系统三大部分。无线应变数据采集系统以单片机为核心,电阻应变片为敏感元件,将压痕制造部位的应变增量信号放大滤波后,经高精度模数转换器转换为数字信号,然后发送给无线数据接收系统进入计算机。由计算机软件系统对采集的数据进行处理,完成对金属材料的标定系数和残余应力的计算等任务。实际应用表明,本系统具有精度高、性能稳定,便于携带,扩展简单,操作方便等优点。
The basic principle of indentation method for residual stress measurement is introduced.Based on the national standard GB/T24179—2009 and Indentation Strain Method for Determination of Residual Stress in Metallic Materials,the overall design scheme of testing system is proposed.The test system includes wireless strain data acquisition system,wireless data receiving system and computer software system.The wireless strain data acquisition system takes single chip microcomputer as core andresistance strain gauge as sensitive element.After amplifying and filteringstrain increment signal of the indentation manufacturing part,it is converted into digital signal by the high-precision analog-to-digital converter,and then sent to the wireless data receiving system to enter the computer.The collected data are processed by computer software system to complete the calibration coefficient and residual response of metal material.The practical application shows that the system has the advantages of high accuracy,stable performance,easy to carry,simple expansion and easy operation.
