接种AM真菌对金佛山方竹苗生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 金佛山方竹种子萌发后,接种5个不同丛枝菌根(AM)真菌菌株,测定方竹苗的菌根侵染率、生物量和部分生理指标。结果表明:接种不同菌株,根系菌根侵染率不同,A.c>BEG-141≥Sc.c≥F.m>BEG-193;接种处理方竹苗的生物量、超氧化物歧化酶、可溶性糖含量、硝酸还原酶和叶绿素含量均显著高于不接种处理,不同菌株菌根效应存在显著差异,A.c、BEG-141、Sc.c是生产金佛山方竹菌根苗的适宜真菌菌株。 After the germination of Chimonobambusa utilis,five different arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi strains were inoculated,and the mycorrhizal colonization rate,biomass and some physiological indexes of Chimonobambusa utilis were measured.The results showed that the mycorrhizal colonization rate was different when inoculated with different strains,A.c>BEG-141≥Sc.c≥F.m>BEG-193;the biomass,superoxide dismutase(SOD),soluble sugar content,nitrate reductase(NR)and chlorophyll content of Chimonobambusa utilis inoculated with different strains were significantly higher than those without inoculation,besides the mycorrhizal effects of different strains were significantly different.A.c,BEG-141,and Sc.c are suitable AM strains for the production of mycorrhizal seedlings of Chimonobambusa utilis.
