茶园土壤重金属元素与茶叶金属元素的相关性分析 被引量:2

Analysis of the correlation between heavy metal elements in tea garden soil and metal elements in tea

摘要 为探讨土壤中的重金属元素砷(As)、镍(Ni)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、汞(Hg)和铅(Pb)与茶叶中的有益金属元素镁(Mg)、铜(Cu)、锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)和铁(Fe)之间的关系,分别利用原子吸收光谱仪和电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定茶叶中5种有益金属元素和土壤中8种重金属元素的含量,并对其进行相关性分析.结果表明:茶叶中金属元素与土壤中重金属元素检测得到的标准曲线均呈现良好的线性关系,其相关系数分别为0.9926~0.9991和0.9998~1.0000,检出限分别为2.0×10^-7~1.0×10^-6 g·kg^-1和5.0×10^-7~5.2×10^-9 g·kg^-1,回收率分别为99.64%~113.91%和94.40%~105.55%;土壤中As、Cr、Pb的含量与茶叶中的有益金属元素的含量均呈显著或高度负相关,降低土壤中这些重金属含量有利于提高茶叶的品质;土壤中Zn和Cr的含量与茶叶中的有益金属元素的含量大都呈显著或高度正相关,适当增加这两种金属的含量有利于提高茶叶的品质. In order to study the relationship between the heavy metals of As,Ni,Cd,Cr,Zn,Cu,Hg and Pb in the soil and the beneficial metals of Mg,Cu,Mn,Zn and Fe in tea,the content of 5 kinds of beneficial metals in tea was determined by AAS,and the standard curve showed a good linear relationship.The correlation coefficient was 0.9926-0.9991,the detection limit was 2×10^-7-1×10^-6 g·kg^-1,and the recovery rate was 99.64%-113.91%.The content of 8 kinds of heavy metal elements in soil was measured by ICP-MS,and the standard curve was obtained.The correlation coefficient is 0.9998-1.0000,the detection limit is 5×10^-9-5.2×10^-7 g·kg^-1,and the recovery is 94.40%-105.55%.The correlation analysis between the content of heavy metal elements in soil and the content of beneficial metal elements in tea shows that the content of As, Cr, Pb in soil and the content of beneficialmetal elements in tea are significantly or highly negative, reducing the content of beneficial metal elementsin soil. The content of An and Cr in the soil is significantly or highly correlated with the content of beneficialmetal elements in the tea. Increasing the content of these two metals properly is conducive to improvingthe quality of tea.
