贝那普利联合芪参益气滴丸治疗老年高血压病合并慢性心力衰竭的临床应用

Clinical study of Benazepril combined with Qishen Yiqi Drop Pill in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension complicated with chronic heart failure

为观察分析贝那普利联合芪参益气滴丸治疗老年高血压病合并慢性心力衰竭应用的疗效,将96例老年原发性高血压合并慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组48例给予贝那普利抗心力衰竭治疗,治疗组48例在对照组治疗基础上加用芪参益气滴丸,观察比较两组疗效以及治疗前后血压和心功能指标.结果显示:治疗组的临床总有效率高于对照组,且血压水平改善情况优于对照组,治疗组的心功能指标(LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF、BNP)改善也均优于对照组(P<0.05).综上可见,贝那普利联合芪参益气滴丸治疗老年高血压病合并慢性心力衰竭患者可有效降低血压,具有改善心功能的作用.

To observe the value of Benazepril combined with Qishen Yiqi Drop Pill in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension complicated with chronic heart failure,96 patients with senile essential hypertension complicated with heart failure were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.48 patients in the control group were treated with Benazepril for anti-heart failure,and 48 patients in the treatment group were treated on the basis of the control group with adding Qishen Yiqi Drop Pills,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups and the blood pressure and cardiac function indexes were observed before and after treatment.Results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the improvement of blood pressure level was better than that of the control group,and the improvement of cardiac function indexes(LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF,BNP)in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).In conclusion,Benazepril combined with Qishen Yiqi Drop Pill can effectively reduce blood pressure and improve cardiac function in elderly patients with hypertension complicatedwith chronic heart failure.
