协同育人视角下高职食品专业产业学院模式的探索

Exploration on the Mode of Food Industry College in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Cooperative Education

协同育人早已成为职业教育培养人才的重要方式,产业学院也已成为深度产教融合的教育教学改革的重要模式之一。广州城市职业学院食品系与韶关学院、广东省营养师协会、益海(广州)粮油工业有限公司和广州市开发区高技能人才公共实训中心等校政行企成立特色产业学院—广州市食品工程产业学院,从人才培养模式、质量保证体系、实训基地、师资队伍、社会服务等多个方面开展实践探索,校企协同进行食品高技能人才培养。

Cooperative education has long been an important way to train talents in vocational education,and industrial colleges have also become one of the important modes of education and teaching reform with in-depth integration of production and education.The Food Department of Guangzhou City Polytechnic,together with Shaoguan College,Guangdong Dietitian Association,Yihai(Guangzhou)Grain and Oil Industry Co.,Ltd.And Guangzhou Development Zone High-skilled Talents Public Training Center and other school and government enterprises,has established a characteristic industry college-Guangzhou Food Engineering Industry College.The personnel training mode,quality assurance system,training base,teaching staff,social services and other aspects are carried out practical exploration,school-enterprise cooperation in food high-skilled personnel training.
