摘要
锁紧和分离力矩是圆形卡口连接器的关键性能。采用理论计算方法对锁紧和分离力矩进行分析计算,结合仿真和试验对计算结果进行验证,在此基础上研究零件间的摩擦对锁紧和分离力矩的影响规律。结果表明,计算结果和仿真、试验结果吻合,卡钉和三曲槽之间的摩擦对锁紧和分离力矩影响较为显著。
Locking and separating torque are the key performance of circular bayonet connector.The locking and separating torque are analyzed and calculated by theoretical calculation method,on this basis,the influence of friction among parts on locking and separating torque is studied.The results show.The calculated results are approximately equal to the simulation results and the experimental results.The friction between pins and grooves has the most effect on locking and separating torque.
