Exploration on Lean Management of IT Assets in Power Grid Enterprises

分析了电网企业面临的IT资产管理问题,综合考虑IT资产全生命周期的登记、分配、投运、维护、变更等各个环节,提出电网企业IT资产管理顶层设计架构,以IT资产管理计划为纲要,以IT资产管理支撑为基础,通过持续开展IT资产管理活动和IT资产活动监控,实现IT资产的精益化管理,从而实现政策效益、管理效益、经济效益。

This paper analyzes the IT asset management problems faced by power grid enterprises,comprehensively considers the registration,distribution,commissioning,maintenance,and change of IT asset life cycle,and proposes the top-level design structure of IT enterprise asset management in power grid enterprises to IT assets.The management plan is an outline,based on the support of IT asset management,through the continuous monitoring of IT asset management activities and IT asset activities,to achieve lean management of IT assets,thereby achieving policy benefits,management benefits and economic benefits.
