摘要 针对高校软件工程专业毕业生的专业技能和相关素质与市场需求不匹配的现象,分析了高校软件人才培养机制存在的诸多问题,提出了通过优化人才培养模式、加强师资队伍建设、深化校企产学研合作等措施来提高软件人才的培养质量,旨在为国家和社会培养出适应时代发展的工程型、复合型高端软件人才。 This paper is aimed at the phenomenon that the professional skills and qualities of college software engineering graduates do not match the market demand.We analyzed many problems in the training mechanism of software talents in colleges and universities.It is necessary to improve the quality of software talents by optimizing the talent training model,strengthening the construction of the teachers,and deepening the cooperation between universities and enterprises.So as to cultivate the engineering and senior software talents that adapt to the development of the times for the country and society.
