摘要
围绕应急机制、应急快检、应急演练、应急决策、应急处置、应急供应等领域,基于“食品安全突发事件及重大事件应急演练及应急决策保障系统研究”国家重点研发计划项目工作的思考,在对国内外食品安全监管应急技术发展现状进行综合分析的基础上,结合我国实际,对食品安全突发事件应急保障重点研究领域提出研究建议。
Focusing on emergency mechanism,emergency rapid detection,emergency drill,emergency decision,emergency disposal,emergency supply and other related areas,based on the consideration for the National Key R&D Program Project of'Research on Emergency Drills and Decision Support System for Food Safety Emergencies and Major Events',on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the development status of emergency technology for food safety supervision at home and abroad,some research suggestions on the priority research areas of emergency safeguard for food safety emergencies were put forward by combining with the current situation of our country.
