为解决定点人工降尘职工劳动强度大和电动喷雾装置电路维护繁琐等问题,以煤矿带式输送机运输的降尘方式为研究对象,研发了一种煤矿带式输送机机械式自动喷雾装置。该装置包括驱动部分、传动部分、气压控制系统、执行机构、固定架及附属管件,利用皮带转动控制气动阀开启,实现皮带运转与主运巷道喷雾同步进行。该自动喷雾装置无需电源控制,可有效降低巷道粉尘飞扬,改善职工作业环境和身心健康,降低煤尘爆炸的风险。此外,该装置随皮带启停来控制喷雾开闭的方式可节约水资源,安全效益和经济效益显著,可以取代原有的巷道定点人工开闭喷雾和电子控制自动喷雾,值得在矿井推广应用。

In order to solve the problems of heavy labor intensity of artificial dust reduction and complicated maintenance of electric spray device,taking the dust reduction method of coal mine belt conveyor as the research object,a mechanical automatic spray device for coal mine belt conveyor was developed.The device includes driving part,transmission part,pneumatic control system,actuating mechanism,fixing frame and accessory pipe fittings.The device controls the pneumatic valve by the belt rotation,and realizes the synchronous operation of the belt operation and the main roadway spray.The automatic spraying device cancels the power control,effectively reduces the dust flying in the roadway,saves water resources,improves the working environment and physical and mental health of workers,and reduces the risk of coal dust explosion.The device can replace the manual spray and electronic control automatic spray in roadways,and is worthy of popularization and application in mines.
