摘要 在井下采煤机数据的无线上传过程中,容易出现采煤机先导电缆断线或调制解调器故障导致的采煤机数据中断的弊端,进行井下4G网络的采煤机数据上传系统设计,分析采煤机的数据上传方式,结合4G网络中TCP/IP协议传输数据只需少量缆线、安装简便、上传稳定等优势,建立井下4G综合一体化通信系统;该文阐述了无线通信基站及网络架构安装实施方案,通过模块化接入通信基站搭建采煤机数据上传网络架构。结合井下4G综合一体化通信系统功能,认为通过4G无线通信技术替代传统的电缆传输技术,提高数据上传质量,可在线迅速查找故障点及远程实时监测采煤机运行状态,降低了采煤机故障率,在一定程度上可以为矿井安全生产提供有力保障。 In the wireless uploading process of underground shearer data,it is easy to cause the interruption of uploading due to the broken cable of the shearer pilot or the failure of the modem.Through the design of the data upload system of the shearer based on the 4G network,and the analysis of the data upload mode of the shearer,combined with the advantages of the TCP/IP protocol in the 4G network,which only needs a small number of cables,is easy to install and stable to upload,a underground 4G integrated communication system was established.This paper describes the implementation scheme of wireless communication base station and network architecture,and builds the data uploading network structure of the shearer by modularized access to the communication base station.Combined with the function of the underground 4G integrated communication system,it is considered that the 4G wireless communication technology can replace the traditional cable transmission technology,improve the data upload quality,quickly find the fault point online and monitor the running state of the shearer in real time,reduce the fault rate of the shearer,and to a certain extent,provide a strong guarantee for the safe production of the mine.
