摘要
矿井水处理介于煤炭和化工行业之间,对项目的设计及建设提出了新的要求。为探讨水处理蒸发结晶间的设计方法,结合中天合创蒸发结晶间的工程特点,从结构选型、荷载取值及应力控制、节点设计、楼板设计、支撑设计、操作平台设计等方面进行了阐述和分析。在进行基础及主体设计时,探讨了饱和沙土的地基承载力,并对钢筋混凝土杯口基础的插入深度和杯壁厚度进行了理论推导。分析认为,该设计和分析过程可以为类似的工艺设计提供一定的参考。
Mine water treatment is between coal industry and chemical industry,which puts forward new requirements for the design and construction of the project.In order to discuss the design method of evaporation crystallizing room for water treatment,combined with the engineering characteristics of evaporation crystallization room in Zhongtian Hechuang Corp,the structure selection,load value and stress control,node design,floor design,support design and operation platform design were analyzed.In the design of foundation and main body,the bearing capacity of saturated sand was discussed,and the insertion depth and wall thickness of reinforced concrete cup mouth foundation were theoretically deduced.The design and analysis process can provide a reference for similar project design.
