井下主要机械的特点及精细化管理

Characteristic analysis of main underground machinery and fine management

为了利用智能化手段对机械设备进行精细化管理,从而提升设备使用寿命降低生产成本,对井下主要机械的特点和优势进行了探究。井下开采是多种机械组成的联动网,结合张家峁煤矿井下开采实际状况,论述了井下智能综采系统中采煤机械及运输机械的配置要点以及合理配置的作用。分析认为,煤炭企业需要加深对采煤机械和运输机械的认识,明确多种井下机械的使用条件、尺寸参数及使用要求,实现采煤机械和运输机械的合理配置与精细化管理,进而充分发挥出机械设备在井下采矿工作中的重要作用。

In order to use the intelligent means to finely manage the mechanical equipment,thereby improving the service life of the equipment and reducing the production cost,the characteristics and advantages of the main underground machinery were analyzed.Combined with the actual situation of underground mining in Zhangjiamao Coal Mine,the key points of allocation of coal mining machinery and transport machinery and the role of rational allocation were discussed.According to the analysis,coal enterprises need to deepen the understanding of coal mining machinery and transport machinery,clarify the use conditions,size parameters and use requirements of a variety of underground machinery,realize the rational configuration and fine management of coal mining machinery and transport machinery,and then give full play to the important role of mechanical equipment in underground mining work.
