监督执纪“四种形态”在国有企业的运用

国有企业纪检监察机构在推进全面从严治党过程中,既是开展党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的监督主体、执纪主体,也是问责主体、管理主体。为了创造国有企业各项事业高质量发展良好的党内环境和政治生态,从监督执纪“四种形态”的含义入手,论述了正确认识监督执纪“四种形态”的基础,并详细介绍了运用监督执纪“四种形态”的主要做法;分析了实践过程中存在的不足,最后有针对性地提出了相关举措和建议。国有企业构建和扎实开展纪检监察工作制度化常态化工作机制,可以更好地聚焦主责主业,履行监督执纪问责职能。

In the process of promoting overall and strict administration of the party,the discipline inspection and supervision institutions of state-owned enterprises are not only the main part of supervision and discipline enforcement,but also the main part of accountability and management in carrying out the construction of clean and honest party conduct and anti-corruption work.In order to create a high-quality and well-developed inner-party environment and political ecology in state-owned enterprises,starting from the meaning of“four forms”of supervision and discipline,the basis for correctly understanding the“four forms”of supervision and discipline was discussed,the main methods of using the“four forms”of supervision and discipline were introduced in detail,the shortcomings in the practice process were analyzed,and relevant measures and suggestions were put forward.In the state-owned enterprises,to construct and carry out the institutionalized and normalized work mechanism of discipline inspection and supervision can better focus on the main responsibility and perform the function of supervision and discipline enforcement and accountability.
