民营医院监管机制调查研究——以天津市为例

Investigation and research on supervision mechanism of private hospitals:taking Tianjin city as an example

文章通过了解天津市居民对民营医院的认知、利用以及评价,寻找民营医院监管方面存在的漏洞,以便在总结经验的基础上,为政府制定更好的监督体制给出意见。针对被访问者发放问卷400份,有效391份;利用SPSS17.0统计软件进行描述性分析。居民选择民营医院就诊考虑的主要因素是技术水平(36.8%)和服务态度(34.0%),就诊后对其服务态度评价最高(48.1%),有35.8%的居民认为政府部门应为民营医院监管主体。民营医院应降低收费水平,改进医疗技术,同时监管中存在很大的问题,加大监管机制。

To find out the loopholes in the supervision of private hospitals by understanding the residents’ cognition,utilization and evaluation of private hospitals in Tianjin, so as to provide suggestions for the government to formulate a better supervision system on the basis of summarizing experience. 400 questionnaires and 391 questionnaires were sent out to the interviewees, and descriptive analysis was carried out by SPSS17.0. The main factors for residents to choose private hospitals were technical level(36.8%)and service attitude(34.0%). After treatment, the service attitude of residents was evaluated the highest(48.1%), and 35.8% of residents thought that the government should be the main body of private hospital supervision. Private hospitals should reduce the level of charges and improve the medical technology, at the same time, there are many problems in the supervision, and the supervision mechanism should be strengthened.
