提高测绘工程应用型人才实践能力的探索

Exploration on Improving the Practical Ability of Students in Surveying and Mapping

对于应用型本科院校,学生的实践能力的高低是本科教学质量评价的重要衡量指标,学生的就业是本科教学的首要目标。然而很多应用型本科院学生的实践能力跟不上生产单位的需求,很大程度上阻碍了学生的就业。本文以成都大学测绘工程专业为例,首先介绍了现行与学生实践能力培养相关的课程设置、实验仪器装备、培养模式、导师制度等,随后全面的分析了本校测绘专业学生实践能力不足的原因,最后从培养计划、学生参与老师科研项目、生产实习、教师的专业技术水平、实验室软硬件配置等几方面提出了改进的建议。

For application-oriented undergraduate colleges, students’ practical ability is an important measure of undergraduate teaching quality evaluation, and students’ employment is the primary goal of undergraduate teaching. However, the practical ability of many applied undergraduate students can not keep up with the demand of company, which greatly hinders the employment of students. Taking the surveying and mapping engineering major of Chengdu University as an example, this paper first introduces the current curriculum, experimental equipment, training mode and superviser asignment related to the cultivation of students’ practical ability.Then comprehensively analyses the reasons for the insufficient practical ability of students majoring in surveying and mapping in Chengdu University. Finally, suggestions for improvement are put forward from the aspects of training plan, students’ participation in teachers’ scientific research projects, company practice, teachers’ professional and technical level, laboratory hardware and software configuration, etc.
