摘要
目的探讨64排螺旋CT与MRI检查对周围型肝内胆管细胞癌的诊断价值。方法选择2017年8月17日至2018年8月17日收治的86例疑似周围型肝内胆管细胞癌患者为研究对象,均进行MRI、CT诊断。比较两种方式的诊断价值。结果MRI对肿瘤在肝内位置分布的诊断准确率为95.95%,显著高于CT的74.32%(P<0.05)。MRI对肿瘤分型的诊断准确率为95.95%,显著高于CT的78.38%(P<0.05)。MRI的图像优良率高于CT(P<0.05),MRI诊断特异度、灵敏度均高于CT(P<0.05)。结论在诊断周围型肝内胆管细胞癌时,运用MRI的诊断准确率更高。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of 64-slice spiral CT and MRI in peripheral intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.Methods From August 17,2017 to August 17,2018,86 patients with suspected peripheral intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma were selected as the study objects,all of whom were diagnosed by MRI and CT.The diagnostic value of the two methods were compared.Results The accuracy of MRI in the diagnosis of tumor location in the liver was 95.95%,which was significantly higher than 74.32%of CT(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of MRI for tumor classification was 95.95%,which was significantly higher than 78.38%of CT(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of images of MRI was higher than that of CT(P<0.05).The diagnostic specificity and sensitivity of MRI were higher than those of CT(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI is more accurate in the diagnosis of peripheral intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
