摘要
目的分析铜川地区1400例0~6岁儿童维生素A、E水平。方法收集2018年1月1日至2018年12月31日在我院健康体检的1400例0~6岁儿童的临床资料,采用液相串联质谱法测定血浆维生素A、E水平。分析不同年龄儿童的维生素A、E缺乏情况;比较不同年龄段、性别儿童的维生素A、E水平。结果铜川地区1400例0~6岁儿童维生素A平均水平为(0.29±0.08)mg/L,总体缺乏率为49.86%;0~6岁儿童维生素E平均水平为(9.87±2.85)mg/L,总体缺乏率为1.29%。相同性别不同年龄段儿童的血浆维生素A、E水平差异显著(P<0.05)。>1~3岁男童的血浆维生素E水平低于>1~3岁女童,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本地区0~6岁儿童维生素A营养状况不容乐观,维生素E营养状况尚可,临床医生应加强0~6岁儿童维生素A的定期检测与补充。
Objective To analyze the vitamin A and vitamin E levels in 1400 children aged 0-6 in Tongchuan area.Methods The clinical data of 1400 children aged 0-6 who underwent physical examination in our hospital From January 1,2018 to December 31,2018 were collected.The levels of vitamin A and vitamin E in plasma were detected by liquid phase tandem mass spectrometry.The deficiency of vitamin A and vitamin E in children of different ages were analyzed;the levels of vitamin A and vitamin E in children of different ages or genders were compared.Results The average level of vitamin A in 1400 children aged 0-6 in Tongchuan area was(0.29±0.08)mg/L,and the total deficiency rate was 49.86%;the average level of vitamin E in children aged 0-6 was(9.87±2.85)mg/L,and the total deficiency rate was 1.29%.There were significant differences in the levels of plasma vitamin A,E in children of the same genders and different ages(P<0.05).The level of plasma vitamin E in boys aged>1-3 was lower than that in girls aged>1-3(P<0.05).Conclusion The nutritional status of vitamin A in children aged 0-6 in this area is not optimistic,but the nutritional status of vitamin E is well.Clinicians should strengthen the regular detection and supplement of vitamin A in children aged 0-6.
