阿司匹林联合低分子肝素钙治疗复发性流产的临床效果及其对HCG水平的影响

Clinical effect of aspirin combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of recurrent abortion and its effect on HCG level

目的分析阿司匹林联合低分子肝素钙治疗复发性流产的临床效果及对HCG水平的影响。方法选取2017年12月至2018年12月在我院开展治疗的复发性流产患者90例,按照数字表法将其分为A组和B组,各45例。A组采取阿司匹林治疗,B组在A组基础上联合低分子肝素钙治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的HCG、P、E2水平均升高,且B组均高于A组(P<0.05)。B组的胎儿生长受限、新生儿窒息及流产发生率均低于A组,活产率高于A组(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合低分子肝素钙应用在复发性流产患者中可以改善其妊娠结局,减少不良反应的发生,同时可以调节患者体内的性激素水平。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of aspirin combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of recurrent abortion and its effect on HCG level.Methods A total of 90 patients with recurrent abortion who were treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into group A and group B according to the number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The group A was treated with aspirin,and the group B was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium on the basis of the group A.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of HCG,P and E2 in both groups increased,and those in the group B were higher than the group A(P<0.05).The incidences of fetal growth restriction,neonatal asphyxia and abortion in the group B were lower than those in the group A,and the live birth rate was higher than that in the group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of aspirin combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in patients with recurrent abortion can improve pregnancy outcome of patients,reduce adverse reactions,and regulate the sexual hormone level in patients.
