名老中医张瑞霞金虎退黄汤治疗残留黄疸的经验总结

残留黄疸多出现于急慢性肝病的治疗后期,病机复杂,常规的退黄治疗效果欠佳,张老认为湿邪阻滞、瘀血内结是导致该病最基本的中医病因病机,其病位可涉及肝、脾、肾、胆、胃等,病性多属虚实夹杂,临床上表现为“湿—瘀—虚”的演变过程,但以湿邪、瘀血贯穿疾病始终。治疗当以清热利湿、活血退黄为基本原则,结合多年临床经验,自拟中药方剂金虎退黄汤治疗急慢性肝病后期残留黄疸,取得了一定效果。
