针刺配合耳穴贴压治疗苏丹妇女单纯性肥胖30例

30 cases of Sudanese women with simple obesity treated with acupuncture and auricular point pressing

目的在援外医疗实践中,观察针刺加耳穴贴压治疗苏丹妇女单纯性肥胖的临床效果。方法选择2018年11月至2019年1月于苏丹恩图曼友谊医院针灸科就诊的60例女性患者,随机将其分为G1、G2组,各30例。G1组给予针刺加耳穴贴压治疗,G2组单纯给予针刺治疗。比较两组治疗前、后BMI、腹部皮下脂肪厚度、上臂围及治疗效果;分析两组的中医证型及典型病例。结果治疗后,两组的BMI、腹部皮下脂肪厚度及上臂围均减小(P<0.05)。G1组的临床治疗总有效率高于G2组(P<0.05)。60例女性肥胖症患者中,胃肠积热型患者明显多于脾胃虚弱型。结论针刺加耳穴贴压治疗单纯性肥胖的效果优于单纯针刺治疗,该治疗方法简便,临床疗效比较满意,值得在援外医疗中推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and auricular point pressing on simple obesity of Sudanese women in the foreign aid medical practice.Methods A total of 60 female patients treated in the acupuncture and moxibustion department of Omdurman friendship hospital of Sudan from November 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into G1 and G2 groups,with 30 cases in each group.The G1 group was treated with acupuncture and auricular point pressing,the G2 group was treated with acupuncture alone.The BMI,abdominal subcutaneous fat thickness,upper arm circumference before and after treatment and the therapeutic effects in the two groups were compared;the TCM syndromes of the two groups and typical case were analyzed.Results After treatment,BMI,abdominal subcutaneous fat thickness,upper arm circumference decreased in both groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the G1 group was higher than that in the G2 group(P<0.05).Among the 60 female obesity patients,the type of gastrointestinal heat accumulation was significantly more than the type of spleen and stomach weakness.Conclusion The effect of acupuncture and auricular point pressing on simple obesity is better than that of acupuncture alone.This treatment method is simple,with satisfactory effect,which is worth popularizing and applying in foreign aid treatment.
