硝苯地平联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压的临床效果及对妊娠结局和血清Hcy、UⅡ水平的影响

Clinical effect of nifedipine combined with labetalol in the treatment of gestational hypertension and its influences on pregnancy outcomes and serum Hcy and UⅡ levels

目的探讨硝苯地平联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压的临床效果及对妊娠结局和血清Hcy、UⅡ水平的影响。方法选择我院收治的80例妊娠高血压患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(40例,常规硫酸镁治疗+硝苯地平)和观察组(40例,常规硫酸镁治疗+硝苯地平+拉贝洛尔)。治疗15 d后,比较两组患者的妊娠结局、不良反应发生情况及治疗前、后血清Hcy、UⅡ水平。结果治疗15 d后,观察组早产、产后大出血、胎盘早剥、胎儿窒息的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组用药后恶心、呕吐、肌无力的发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组的血清Hcy、UⅡ水平均降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗基础上应用硝苯地平联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压的临床效果显著,可改善妊娠结局,有助于患者血清Hcy、UⅡ水平恢复正常,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nifedipine combined with labetalol in the treatment of gestational hypertension and its influences on pregnancy outcomes and serum Hcy and UⅡlevels.Methods A total of 80 patients with gestational hypertension admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group(40 cases,conventional magnesium sulfate treatment+nifedipine)and observation group(40 cases,conventional magnesium sulfate treatment+nifedipine+labetalol).After 15 days of treatment,the pregnancy outcomes,adverse reactions,serum Hcy and UⅡlevels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 15 days of treatment,the incidences of premature delivery,postpartum hemorrhage,placental abruption and fetal asphyxia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the incidences of nausea,vomiting and myasthenia between the two groups(P>0.05);the levels of serum Hcy and UⅡin the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion Nifedipine combined with labetalol in the treatment of gestational hypertension on the basis of routine treatment has a significant clinical effect,it can improve the outcome of pregnancy,help the levels of serum Hcy and UII to return to normal,with high safety.
