PRECEDE模式的健康宣教对膝关节周围骨折患者术后功能锻炼依从性及KAP的影响

Effects of health education of PRECEDE mode on postoperative functional exercise compliance and KAP of patients with fractures around the knee joint

目的探究PRECEDE模式的健康宣教对膝关节周围骨折患者术后功能锻炼依从性及知-信-行(KAP)的影响。方法选取2017年7月至2018年7月我院70例膝关节周围骨折手术患者,依据建档顺序将其分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组予以术后常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上予以PRECEDE模式的健康宣教。比较两组教育前、后的KAP、膝关节功能、日常生活活动能力评分及术后功能锻炼依从性。结果教育后,两组的知识、态度、行为评分均高于教育前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后功能锻炼依从率为94.29%,显著高于对照组的74.29%(P<0.05)。教育后,两组的HSS及Barthel指数评分均高于教育前,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对膝关节周围骨折患者术后开展PRECEDE模式的健康宣教,可显著改善患者的KAP评分,提高功能锻炼依从性,且有助于患者术后膝关节功能及日常生活活动能力的恢复,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of health education of PRECEDE mode on postoperative functional exercise compliance and knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)of patients with fractures around the knee joint.Methods Seventy patients with surgery of fractures around the knee joint in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of files,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given postoperative routine health education,on this basis,the observation group was given health education of PRECEDE mode.The scores of KAP,knee joint function,activity of daily living before and after education and postoperative functional exercise compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After education,the scores of knowledge,attitude and practice in both groups were higher than those before education,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of postoperative functional exercise in the observation group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than 74.29%in the control group(P<0.05).After education,the scores of HSS and Barthel index of the two groups were higher than those before education,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education of PRECEDE mode on patients who underwent the surgery of fractures around the knee joint can significantly improve the KAP score and functional exercise compliance of patients,and it can help patients recover postoperative knee joint function and activities of daily living,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
