冥想训练用于瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产产妇术后护理中的效果

Effect of meditation training on postoperative nursing of the parturient with scar uterus undergoing re-cesarean section

目的研究冥想训练用于瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产产妇术后护理中的效果。方法选择我院2016年8月至2018年8月收治的120例瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产产妇为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予常规性的护理,观察组在对照组基础上,由专门的护理人员在产妇进行剖宫术后给予冥想训练。比较两组产妇的护理效果及康复情况。结果干预前,两组产妇的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组产妇的VAS评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组产妇的ALB、PA水平和PNI比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组产妇的ALB、PA水平和PNI均显著升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组产妇SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组产妇SAS、SDS评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组产妇的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冥想训练用于瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产产妇术后,可有效改善产妇疼痛和不良情绪,提升产妇营养状态,降低并发症发生率,有利于产妇术后康复。

Objective To study the effect of meditation training on postoperative nursing of the parturient with scar uterus undergoing re-cesarean section.Methods A total of 120 parturient with scar uterus undergoing re-cesarean section admitted in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the study objects,the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given meditation training by a special nursing staff after the cesarean section on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects and rehabilitation were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the VAS scores of the two groups decreased significantly,and that of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the ALB,PA levels and PNI between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the ALB,PA levels and PNI of the two groups increased significantly,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased significantly,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Meditation training is used in the postoperative parturient with scar uterus undergoing re-cesarean section,it can effectively improve the pain,bad mood and the nutritional status of the parturient,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is beneficial to the postoperative rehabilitation of the parturient.
