舒适护理在女性乳腺癌患者术后化疗中的应用效果

Application effect of comfort nursing in the postoperative chemotherapy of female patients with breast cancer

目的研究舒适护理在女性乳腺癌患者术后化疗中的应用效果。方法选择2017年8月至2018年1月我院收治的56例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(28例,常规护理)和试验组(28例,舒适护理)。比较两组患者干预前、后的焦虑状况、护理满意度及化疗副反应发生情况。结果干预后,两组患者的SAS评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);试验组患者化疗后的恶心呕吐、食欲下降、疲乏及疼痛的发生率均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能有效缓解女性乳腺癌化疗患者的焦虑状况,减少化疗副反应,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To study the application effect of comfort nursing in the postoperative chemotherapy of female patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 56 patients with breast cancer who treated in our hospital from August 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(28 cases,routine nursing)and experimental group(28 cases,comfort nursing)by random number table method.The anxiety before and after intervention,nursing satisfaction and side effects of chemotherapy were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS scores of the two groups decreased,and that in the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group(P<0.05);the incidences of nausea and vomiting,loss of appetite,fatigue and pain in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing can effectively relieve anxiety of female patients receiving chemotherapy for breast cancer,reduce chemotherapy side effects,and increase the nursing satisfaction of patients.
