摘要
主要介绍104协议在机组振摆测量装置升级为机组在线监测系统中的应用,通过104协议方便、经济地将机组振摆数据、各类反映机组运行工况量数据集中至统一的数据平台。以该数据平台为依托,不仅能对机组开停机、变负荷等暂态运行工况进行分析,而且能通过保存的大数据进行追忆和分析,并在此基础上进行二次挖掘,建立自动诊断机制和健康状态评价系统,指导水电站机组状态检修。
The application of 104 communication protocol in the upgrade of the vibration measuring device of Baishi Power Plant to the online monitoring system of the unit was introduced.The 104 protocol was convenient and economical to set the vibration data of the unit and the operating conditions of various reaction units.The amount of data was concentrated to a unified data platform.Based on the data platform,it could not only analyze the transient operating conditions such as unit shutdown,variable load,but also recalled and analyzed through the saved big data,and perform secondary mining on this basis to establish automatic diagnosis.Mechanism and health status assessment system was a guide to the maintenance of hydropower station units.
