变电站常加热器端子箱内部热力场仿真分析及运维措施研究

Research on Thermodynamic Field Simulation Analysis and Maintenance Measures of Constant-input Heater Terminal Box in Substation

针对常加热器端子箱运维要求不明确的问题,分析了常加热器端子箱结构及常加热器的二次回路,对常加热器端子箱进行热场-流场仿真分析,根据仿真结果提出常加热器端子箱的优化措施,明确了常加热器端子箱的运维措施要求。

Aiming at the problem that the operation and maintenance requirements of the constant-input heater terminal box,the structure and the secondary circuit of the constant-input heater terminal box were analyzed.The thermal field-flow field simulation analysis of the constant-input heater terminal box was carried out.Based on the simulation results,the optimization measures were put forward,and operation and maintenance measures were defined.
