摘要 高压断路器(配液压操作机构)应具有防止液压机构失压后慢分的功能,在液压操作机构断路器运维过程中,如果不掌握其操作机构防慢分装置原理及注意事项,就会造成设备损坏,影响设备安全稳定运行。从一起500 kV断路器液压碟簧机构防慢分装置故障原因的分析入手,介绍了液压碟簧机构防慢分装置原理、损坏原因、运维预控措施等,以提高该类型断路器的运维水平。 The high-voltage circuit breaker(with hydraulic operating mechanism)shall have the function of preventing the circuit breaker from slowly opening after the hydraulic mechanism loses pressure.In the process of operation and maintenance of the hydraulic operating mechanism circuit breaker,if the principle and precautions of the slow switching device of the operating mechanism are not mastered,the equipment will be damaged,which will affect the safe and stable operation of the equipment.The analysis of the causes of the failure of the anti-slow switching device of the hydraulic disc spring mechanism of a 500 kV circuit breaker was introduced.The principle of the anti-slow switching device of the hydraulic disc spring mechanism,the cause of damage,and the pre-control measures of operation and maintenance were introduced to improve the operation and maintenance level of this type of circuit breaker.
