摘要
海南昌江核电厂反应堆保护系统基于Invensys的Tricon数字化仪控平台实现,T2试验作为保护系统定期试验的重要组成部分,由专门的试验装置连接保护系统设备执行,然而数字化系统在提升试验可操作性的同时,也可能因设计不足而与现场实际情况不符,导致试验存在无法执行和误动设备的风险。T2试验主要验证保护系统逻辑功能的正确性,在深入分析T2试验原理及方法的基础上,结合机组的实际工作情况,重点针对试验存在的问题及潜在风险,提出并实施了相应的优化措施,取得了明显的成果,为后续同类电厂相关定期试验的设计及执行提供了重要借鉴。
Hainan Changjiang Nuclear Power Plant Reactor Protection System was based on Invensys Tricon digital instrumentation platform.T2 Test is an important part of the RPR periodic test.It is designed to test by a special test device connected to Protection System device.While the digital system improving the operability of the test,it may also lead to the risk that the test cannot be carried out and the equipment will error action,due to the lack of design and the actual situation on the site mismatch.The T2 test mainly verifies the correctness of the logic function of the protection system.Based on the in-depth analysis of T2 test principle and method and combined with the actual working condition of the unit,in view of the existing problems and potential risks in the test,the corresponding optimization measures were put forward and implemented.Obvious results had been achieved,which provided an important reference for the design and implementation of related periodic tests of similar power plants.
