摘要 提出了一种新型负压式气体采集旋翼无人机装置,机箱四周设有驱动杆且驱动杆上部设有旋翼,旋翼与驱动杆内部的动力输出装置相连接,机体下部设有支撑架且支撑架内侧设有真空泵,真空泵通过螺栓与机体之间固定连接且真空泵下部设有壳体,真空泵下部设有支撑杆且支撑杆下部设有固定座,壳体左侧设有驱动电机且驱动电机通过连接管与固定座之间相连接,壳体通过驱动电机与固定座之间转动连接,壳体右侧设有进气口且进气口左侧设有聚气罩。无人机装置通过设置真空泵抽空真空仓,使真空仓内处于负压状态,通过进气口将气体吸入,并收集罐进行收集,减少了气体之间的相互污染,使用方便。 A new type of negative pressure gas collection rotary drone device was proposed,with driving rods around the chassis and rotors in the upper part of the driving rod,the rotors connected to the power output device inside the driving rod,a support frame provided in the lower part of the body,with a vacuum pump provided on the inner side of the support frame,the vacuum pump fixedly connected to the body using bolts,a housing provided at the lower portion of the vacuum pump,a support rod provided at the lower portion of the vacuum pump and a fixing seat provided at the lower portion of the support rod,the driving motor connected to the fixed base through a connecting pipe,and the housing rotationally connected to the fixed base through a driving motor,an air inlet provided on the right side of the housing and a gas gathering hood provided on the left side of the air inlet.The drone device is provided with a vacuum pump to evacuate the vacuum chamber so that the vacuum chamber can be in a negative pressure state,with gas sucked in through the air inlet,and collected by a gas collecting tank,reducing mutual pollution between the gases,and contributing to convenient use.
