摘要
为了提高氧化煤泥浮选效果,改善氧化煤浮选效率低下、药剂消耗较大的问题,选择了极性油酸和煤油的复配捕收剂,并加入了无机盐CaCl2,探究了在浮选过程中,单一及复配捕收剂,以及无机盐的加入对氧化煤浮选的作用机理和作用效果。结果表明:捕收剂的加入可以覆盖煤泥表面的亲水基团,增强煤泥与气泡的粘附几率;油酸煤油的复配捕收剂可以明显降低煤泥表面的亲水性,无机盐的加入更加促进了煤油在氧化煤表面的附着,煤泥表面因疏水性油膜的形成疏水性增强,利于浮选。
In order to improve the flotation effect of oxidized coal slime,improve the low flotation efficiency of oxidized coal and the large consumption of reagents,the compound collector of polar oleic acid and kerosene was selected and the inorganic salts CaCl2 was added.The mechanism and effect of single and compound collectors and inorganic salts on flotation of oxidized coal.The results show that the addition of collectors can cover the hydrophilic groups on the surface of slime and enhance the adhesion probability of slime to air bubbles,and the combination of collectors with oleic-kerosene can obviously reduce the hydrophilicity of slime surface.The addition of inorganic salts promoted the adhesion of kerosene on the surface of oxidized coal,and the hydrophobic oil film on the surface of coal slime enhanced,which was beneficial to floatation.
